1. Parties to the Agreement
This Service Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between Freeje.com (Beta company sp. z o.o., REGON 146444560), referred to as the “Company” or “we”, and the service user, referred to as the “Client”.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on our website, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. We use email as our primary communication channel, and you consent to receive electronic notifications from us. You also agree to the processing and storage of your personal data while this Agreement is active. All orders, payments, and service management are handled directly through your personal account.
3. Purpose
This Agreement sets the rules and conditions for the telecommunications services provided by Freeje.com.
4. Rights and Responsibilities
Our Responsibilities:
- We provide virtual numbers for rent, voice call processing, SMS, and other related communication services.
- We allocate numbers exclusively from our existing inventory and do not provide specific custom numbers upon request.
- We maintain and upgrade the necessary equipment to ensure smooth service delivery.
- We provide ongoing support and consultations regarding your active services.
- We may replace a number if required by legal changes or technical issues beyond our control. We will do this at no extra cost and notify you as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any third-party expenses you might incur due to this replacement.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without a refund if you violate this Agreement, provide fake or incomplete documents, or if we suspect your account is involved in illegal activities.
- We may update our pricing or the terms of this Agreement without prior notice if required by law, security updates, or business changes.
Your Responsibilities:
- You must pay for services on time by keeping a sufficient balance in your account.
- You agree to provide valid identity documents or company registration details if required for number activation.
- If you experience any service issues, you must contact our Support Service and provide the necessary details. Without this information, we cannot guarantee a fix.
- You strictly agree not to use our services for fraud, spam, illegal activities, copyright infringement, or sharing harmful content.
- You must communicate politely with our support team. We reserve the right to ignore abusive, rude, or off-topic requests.
- You are fully responsible for how third parties use the services connected to your account.
- You confirm that using IP telephony is legal in your country and take full responsibility for any local legal violations.
- You confirm you are at least 18 years old.
- You cannot transfer your account rights to a third party without our written permission.
5. Service Features and Limitations
- We aim for stable performance but do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service.
- We do not provide access to, or technical support for, emergency services (e.g., 911, 112).
- Virtual numbers are strictly for receiving calls and SMS. “Outgoing calls” is a separate feature that requires approval and is provided without Caller ID by default. Caller ID availability depends on the destination country and is not guaranteed.
- Number activation usually takes 1 to 5 days, but document verification can extend this up to 15 days. Activation delays do not qualify for a refund.
- Toll-free numbers (e.g., 800) charge the account owner per minute for incoming calls. Dialing these numbers from outside their registered country is not guaranteed.
- SMS numbers marked “for registration” usually accept messages from online platforms, but we do not guarantee a 100% delivery rate from every single service. Numbers without this mark may be restricted by local providers from receiving messages from banks, messengers, or international senders.
- All virtual numbers are rented. Once your lease expires, the number may be assigned to a new user.
6. Payments and Billing
- All services are prepaid and remain active as long as your balance covers them.
- Charges include setup fees, monthly subscriptions, call forwarding rates, and outgoing call fees (if applicable).
- Monthly fees are deducted automatically. If your balance is negative, we will suspend your services until the debt is cleared.
- We reserve the right to delete a rented number due to unpaid debt without prior notice. To avoid charges, you must delete the number from your account before the next billing cycle.
- All refunds and balance adjustments are processed according to our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Each party retains its own intellectual property rights. You may not use the Freeje.com name, trademarks, or materials without our explicit written consent.
8. Confidentiality
We protect your personal data. However, we may share relevant information with local telecom providers or law enforcement agencies if we receive a valid official request.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, accidental, or economic damages, data loss, or lost profits caused by service interruptions. We are not responsible for any legal issues you face if you violate the laws of the country where the number is registered. Any typographical errors on our website or invoices will be corrected upon notice, but do not make us liable for damages.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service failures caused by events outside our control. This includes natural disasters, power outages, wars, sanctions, government actions, or failures by third-party telecom operators.
11. Indemnification
You agree that the Company, its founders, and employees are not liable for any claims, recoveries, or damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, including data delays or system malfunctions.
12. Term and Termination
This Agreement takes effect the moment you create an account and remains valid until either party terminates it. We can terminate the Agreement if you violate its terms. Upon termination, all our obligations to you are considered fulfilled.
13. Miscellaneous
This Agreement is the entire understanding between the Parties. It is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and the European Union.
