How do I set up the Call forwarding option?

You can redirect an incoming call from a virtual number to a SIP account, another phone number or to your app. The number that receives a call initially accepts it, and the call is automatically forwarded to another phone number.

  • Forwarding to the “Phone” number allows you to configure the service, in such a way that all calls from ext. numbers will be redirected to your mobile phone.
  • Redirecting to the “IP-call” allows you to configure the service, in such a way that all calls will be redirected to the SIP account.
  • It is not recommended to set up call forwarding to operator’s numbers with preset answering machine
